The number one rule that will govern you account's existence is "NO SPAM". To keep it simple, spamming is sending unsolicited email to a person that did not request to be contacted in the first place. You are also not allowed to advertise a domain name hosted on our servers using unsolicited email. Spam reports are taken very seriously and will inevitably lead to your account termination.

Adult, violent, illegal and otherwise undesirable content are also not allowed with our service. Please make sure to read the terms and conditions below attentively before placing your order to avoid disappointment.

TERMS OF SERVICE 

SpiderHosts.com LLC is a domain name registration, web hosting and web design provider. SpiderHosts.com LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all the services provided by SpiderHosts.com LLC when SpiderHosts.com LLC decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

SpiderHosts.com LLC DOES NOT ALLOW ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONTENT TO BE STORED ON ITS SERVERS:

-Illegal Material - Includes the illegal use if copyrighted material, works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

-Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of SpiderHosts.com LLC.

-Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

-Violent content - Includes the promotion of war, hatred, racism, weapons. The designation of "violent material" is left entirely at the discretion of SpiderHosts.com LLC.

SERVER USE
Accounts may be resold an entity, web designer may resell the service to their customers provided that only ONE customer per account is hosted. Allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site is a breach to this agreement. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads and reseller accounts. If your account shows activity in breach of this clause, SpiderHosts.com LLC shall have the right to cancel the account and terminate the Services and/or this Agreement immediately without issuing a refund.

SpiderHosts.com LLC reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. You represent, undertake and warrant to SpiderHosts.com LLC that you will use the Web Site allocated to you only for lawful purposes. In particular, you represent, warrant and undertake  that. you will not use the Server in any manner which infringes any law or regulation or which infringes the rights of any third party, nor will you authorize or permit any other person to do so.
You will not post, link to or transmit any material which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, malicious, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, blasphemous, profane or otherwise objectionable in any way or any material containing a virus or other hostile computer program or constituting, or encourages the commission of, a criminal offence or which infringes any patent, trade mark, design right, copyright or any other intellectual property right or similar rights of any person which may subsist under the laws of any jurisdiction.
 You shall keep secure any identification, password and other confidential information relating to your account and shall notify us immediately of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account or breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of your password or other security information. You shall keep your contact information updated and accurate at all time. You shall observe the procedures which we may from time to time prescribe and shall make no use of the Server which is detrimental to our other customers. If your account shows activity in breach of these clauses, SpiderHosts.com LLC shall have the right to cancel any and all accounts and terminate the Services and/or this Agreement immediately without issuing a refund.

While SpiderHosts.com LLC will use every reasonable endeavor to ensure the integrity and security of the Server, we do not guarantee that the Server will be free from unauthorized users or hackers and we shall be under no liability for non-receipt or misrouting of email or for any other failure of email.

PAYMENT AND RENEWAL POLICY

All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although SpiderHosts.com LLC reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time, all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due 2 weeks before your order's date anniversary. Customers will automatically be charged again at the end of their prepay period unless a written closure notification is given at at least 60 days before the renewal date. Failure to renew prior to this deadline results in interruption and later cancellation of our services. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written cancellation request. Without prejudice to SpiderHosts.com LLC other rights and remedies under this Agreement, if any sum payable is not paid on or before the due date, we shall be entitled forthwith to suspend the provision of Services to you. As a measure of protection against abuse, SpiderHosts.com LLC conducts a strict non-refund policy; no exceptions are made regarding this point.

DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION SERVICE

SpiderHosts.com LLC provides a domain registration service. Domain name registration is governed by the domain name dispute policy of the ICANN. Registering a domain name does not provide the registrar to any legal / trade mark rights over the name. SpiderHosts.com LLC makes no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should therefore not assume registration of your requested domain name until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. Any action taken by you before such notification is at your risk. You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name. In the event of  name registration refusal by the naming authority (and in this case only) SpiderHosts.com LLC will provide you with the opportunity of choosing an alternate domain name to register. Any administration charge paid by you to us shall be non-refundable even in of case refusal by the naming authority to register your desired name. SpiderHosts.com LLC shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name; any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, SpiderHosts.com LLC shall be entitled, at it's discretion and without giving any reason, to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain name. SpiderHosts.com LLC shall also be entitled to make representations to the relevant naming authority but will not be obliged to take part in any such dispute. SpiderHosts.com LLC shall not release any domain to another provider unless full payment for that domain has been received by SpiderHosts.com LLC.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY
SpiderHosts.com LLC shall use all reasonable endeavors to make available to you at all times the Server and the Services but  shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of Service or down-time of the Server.
SpiderHosts.com LLC shall have the right to suspend the Services at any time and for any reason, generally without notice, but if such suspension lasts or is to last for more than 7 days you will be notified of the reason.

INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold SpiderHosts.com LLC harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against SpiderHosts.com LLC, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SpiderHosts.com LLC against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with SpiderHosts.com LLC ' server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from SpiderHosts.com LLC ' server.

DISCLAIMER
SpiderHosts.com LLC will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. SpiderHosts.com LLC makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. SpiderHosts.com LLC disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by SpiderHosts.com LLC and its employees. SpiderHosts.com LLC reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
